Mano pagrindinės akademinio išsilavinimo sritys yra organizacinė psichologija ir karjeros raida. 2010 metais įgijau socialinių mokslų (psichologijos) daktaro laipsnį Vilniaus universitete, po to užėmiau įvairias pareigas Lietuvos ir Šveicarijos aukštojo mokslo institucijose. Ankstyvuoju podoktorantūros laikotarpiu kartu su Vilniaus universiteto mokslininkais dalyvavau įgyvendinant penkis tyrimų projektus, remiamus Lietuvos Mokslo Tarybos. 2015 m. man buvo suteiktos vyr. mokslo darbuotojos pareigos, taip pat buvau atvirų partnerysčių projekto apie nesaugumą dėl darbo vadove (2016-2019 m.). Šalia tyrėjos veiklų, dirbau lektore Lietuvos edukologijos universitete, kur dėsčiau bakalauro pakopos studentams, taip pat – magistrantūros studentams organizacinės psichologijos programoje Vilniaus universitete.
2017 m. pradėjau eiti vyr. mokslo darbuotojos pareigas Šveicarijos nacionaliniame tyrimų klasteryje LIVES Lozanos universitete. Atlikau mokslinius tyrimus, skirtus nagrinėti karjeros raidos trajektorijas ir susijusius pažeidžiamumo veiksnius, taip pat koordinavau experience sampling tyrimą apie darbuotojų gerovę.
Nuo 2023 m. esu dėstytoja valandininkė Vilniaus universitete, kur taip pat vadovauju išoriškai finansuotam mokslo projektui apie technologijų poveikį darbuotojų gerovei.
Po doktorantūros studijų baigimo 2010 m. esu parengusi daugiau nei 40 mokslo publikacijų kaip pagrindinė autorė ar bendraautorė. Šalia pagrindinių akademinių veiklų esu straipsnių įvairiuose mokslo žurnaluose recenzentė, prisidedu prie mokslo renginių organizavimo, įvairių fakulteto komitetų veiklos, dalyvauju mokslo rezultatų viešinime.
Mokslinių tyrinėjimų sritys: Stresas darbe, nesaugumas dėl darbo, psicho-socialiniai darbo veiksniai, darbuotojų sveikata ir gerovė, tvari karjera, karjeros adaptyvumas, asmeniniai ištekliai, darbo pasaulio ateities perspektyvos.
Dėstomi dalykai: Tyrimai organizacijose (nuo 2023 m., VU); Šiuolaikinės karjeros koncepcijos (iki 2016 m. imtinai, VU).
